Add engineers to your team, not around it
We place vetted engineers inside your existing team, working to your roadmap, in your tools, to your process. You keep the code, the decisions and the direction.

What usually goes wrong when teams scale
- Hiring time
The seat stays open
A full hiring cycle runs for weeks before anyone writes a line of code, and the roadmap waits while it does.
- Specialist skills
The one person you cannot find
A single niche skill, often in AI or a specific platform, can hold up an entire release when nobody on the team has it.
- Ownership
Unclear who owns the work
Loose arrangements leave code, models and pipelines without a clean owner, which becomes a problem later rather than now.
- Capacity
Headcount you carry all year
Hiring permanently for one project means paying for that capacity long after the project has shipped.

Engineers we place
Frontend engineers
React, Angular, Vue and Next.js, building the interfaces your customers actually use.
Backend engineers
Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, Go and PHP, for the services and APIs behind the product.
AI and machine learning
Applied AI, computer vision and natural language work, built into your product rather than bolted on.
Data and analytics
Pipelines, warehousing and reporting, so the numbers your team acts on can be trusted.
Quality assurance
Manual and automated testing that runs with your releases instead of after them.
Infrastructure and DevOps
Cloud, pipelines and release tooling, so shipping stops being the slow part.
Ways to work with us
- Most common
Staff augmentation
Individual engineers join your existing team and report into your structure. You manage them day to day.
Best for: Filling a specific skill gap without changing how your team works
- Dedicated team
A team that grows with you
A group of engineers working only on your product, integrated with your in house team over the long term.
Best for: Sustained delivery across several workstreams
- Project based
Defined scope, defined outcome
We take a piece of work end to end against an agreed scope, timeline and budget.
Best for: A contained piece of work with a clear finish line
How a placement runs
- 01
Scope the gap
We work out the exact skill, seniority and time commitment you need, and tell you honestly if augmentation is the wrong answer.
- 02
Match and vet
We put forward engineers matched to the role and vetted for it. You interview them and make the final call.
- 03
Onboard and integrate
They join your tools, your stand ups and your sprints, working to your process rather than a parallel one.
- 04
Adjust as you go
Add, reduce or change the mix as the roadmap changes, without carrying the capacity year round.
Frequently asked
- How is this different from outsourcing a whole project?
- You keep the roadmap and the management. We add capacity into your team rather than taking delivery away from you. If a defined, self contained project suits you better, we do that too, and we will say so.
- Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
- You do. The code, the models, the pipelines and the architectural decisions stay with you. That is written into the engagement rather than left implied.
- Can we interview the engineers first?
- Yes. We shortlist and vet, you interview, and nobody joins your team without your approval.
- Which time zones can you cover?
- We work UK hours, which overlaps the European working day in full and the American morning. Tell us the overlap you need and we will tell you what is realistic.
- What happens if it is not working out?
- Raise it with us early and we will change the person or the arrangement. You are not locked into a seat that is not delivering.
